Despite Krakow\u2019s extremely rich culture heritage, which attracts millions of tourists every year, gastronomic heritage has so far not been underlined as part of the experience that the city can offer tourists. Krakow was awarded the title European Capital of Gastronomic Culture in 2019, and this will certainly increase visitors\u2019 interest in the city\u2019s food markets and gastronomic heritage in general.<\/p>\n

The Pilot Action will be addressed to specific groups of visitors coming to Krakow who are interested in exploring the city through food, gastronomic heritage, and the values of the Slow Food movement.<\/p>\n
