It is also often fried. Commercial fishing of this species is done sustainable with nets called <em>martevelli<\/em> and traps called <em>chebe da g\u00f2<\/em>. They are tender, spiny, and elongated, and they resemble roses because of their shape and color. The artichoke plants were traditionally fertilized with <em>scoasse<\/em> (household waste) or shells, which reduced the acidity of the local soil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_gallery gallery_ids=&#8221;29043,29042,29044&#8243;
